Do Not Use This Company and Awfull Exprience

Do Not use this company unless you want them to change your price in the middle of a move and charge you more money. I was literally told my furniture was too heavy and asked to pay more money right in the middle of a move. To avoid a confrontation, I just let it go and attempted to dispute it with Billing. I have left over 10 messages for billing and have been transferred around since May trying to establish contact with anyone at the company. Please do not use this company, as it will be impossible to get a resolution after they have taken your money. They also provided a false receipt to not Reflect the extra amount charged
